Now you feel free from external influences you may wish to say this as you place your hands one at a time over your Solar Plexus.. Place your left hand on the area as you say “This is mine” then place your right hand on top as you say “This is for me” The solar plexus is an area that can get drained easily. Sometimes I wear a belt over mine and place a Citrine crystal there at my solar plexus.
