Angels and the Equinox Activation

What is the Equinox?
The Equinox is important because it marks the beginning of spring and fall/autumn, and it’s the only time of year when the Northern and Southern Hemispheres experience almost equal amounts of light and dark. The word equinox comes from the Latin phrase equi, meaning equal, and nox, translating to night.
Spiritually speaking, when the amounts of light and dark are equal, it is time to decide which you will focus on, the light or dark within you and around you. The lead-up to the March Equinox is a fabulous time to declare the following. Put your hand on your heart and say the following
I am the Light
I choose to raise and shift my consciousness to KNOW I am the Light
If these do not feel true, then please don’t despair, we can work together to support this transformation
Equinox Angel Ritual of Balance
Preparation
😇 Find a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.
😇 Light one white candle (symbol of light) and one dark coloured candle (symbol of shadow).
😇 Place a flower (for Spring) or a small bowl of seeds/leaves (for Autumn) on your altar or table.
Centering
Close your eyes, take three deep breaths, and imagine a golden circle of light surrounding you — representing the balance of day and night.
Invocation
For Spring Equinox (Raphael & Uriel):
“Archangel Raphael, guardian of renewal, I welcome your healing light. Bless this season of rebirth with health, growth, and joy.
Archangel Uriel, keeper of wisdom, guide me in balance and clarity, that I may walk in harmony with the cycles of nature.
So it is.”
For Autumn Equinox (Michael & Uriel):
“Archangel Michael, protector and guide, I call upon your strength. Help me release what no longer serves, and shield me in your light.
Archangel Uriel, bringer of wisdom, shine truth upon my path, that I may embrace this time of harvest with grace and gratitude.
So it is.”
Closing
Sit quietly for a few minutes, feeling the Archangels’ presence. Imagine their light balancing your inner world. When ready, blow out the candles and give thanks.
Autumn and Spring Equinox Prayer to Creator via Archangel Uriel
*”Beloved Archangel Uriel, Light of God and keeper of truth, I welcome your golden flame into my heart.
As day and night stand in perfect balance, help me find harmony within my soul. Shine your wisdom upon my path,
illuminate what is hidden, and guide me with clarity and peace. May I walk gently upon the Earth, in rhythm with the turning seasons,
and may your light restore balance in my life.. So it is, and so it shall be.”*
You can speak this prayer at sunrise or sunset on the Equinox, when the balance of light and shadow is felt most strongly.
Autumn and Spring Equinox affirmation with Archangel Uriel
You may wish to repeat each morning or evening
“With Archangel Uriel’s golden light, I walk in balance, clarity, and peace.”
“I am guided by Uriel’s wisdom, living in harmony with the light and the shadow.”
“With Uriel’s wisdom, I release confusion and welcome clarity.”
“I live in harmony with the cycles of nature, supported by Uriel’s gentle presence.”
“Uriel’s flame of truth shines within me, bringing peace to my heart and mind.”
“Through Uriel’s light, I embrace both shadow and radiance, finding wholeness in balance.”
You can repeat one each day leading up to and following the Equinox, or choose the one that resonates most in the moment, or use them all, saying 5 times as you high-five yourself in the mirror or embody them, as you walk and talk.
Spiritual Significance of The Equinox
It’s time to start planting the seeds of Light. I have created a few equinox meditations and activations for the Equinox, so if you wish to start imagining seeds of light in your hand, and with intention, plant them into the earth. According to Kachina,, founder of Pellowah and The Umana Technique, “What you need to know is that for 1 person of Light, it negates the negativity of 400.000 people” So I know you will be one of those people of the Light!
